These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.originalbirdart.co.uk website and orders placed in person with Original Bird Art. By placing an order with Original Bird Art. you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Sizes and descriptions:
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. As all our products are made by hand there may be a fractional variation in size.
Colours and variations:
Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software. We cannot guarantee colour matching between batches of products printed at different times.
Orders can be processed directly though this web site or in person at selling events.
We currently only sell and ship within the UK.
Original Bird Art processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Paypal Standard Secure. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Original Bird Art does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.
All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.
Original Bird Art will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Original Bird Art are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days. We only send out products that we are satisfied as passing our high standards of quality control therefore we will discuss customer complaints based on the individual circumstances.
Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we cannot be held responsible for any return items that go missing.

Original Bird Art uses Royal Mail to deliver customer goods, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.
